Phase 1: The Transition (Days 1–30)

Our onboarding process has one rule: Zero disruption to your employees. We run parallel systems until we prove 100% accuracy.

Data Extraction & Validation (Days 1-7)

We do not ask you to fill out complex spreadsheets. You provide access to your current payroll records and registers. We manually extract and validate every data point.

System Build & Configuration (Days 8-14)

While you run payroll with your current provider, we build your company instance in our secure backend. We map pay codes, GL items, and benefit schedules.

Your Action: None.

The "Shadow Run" (Days 15-21)

Critical Step: We execute a mock payroll run for a past period. We compare our paystubs against your actual checks penny-for-penny. We do not proceed until there is a zero-variance match.

Your Action: Review & sign off on the report.

Go-Live Switch (Day 30)

Once validated, we set the "live" date. We handle the termination of your previous service and initiate the first live run under the Prosperity-Works model.

Your Action: Approve first live run.

Phase 2: Your Weekly Rhythm

Once active, your administrative load is reduced to a predictable, three-step beat.

1. The Signal (Mon)

You provide the raw data (hours/commissions) via direct integration, CSV, or a simple email to your Ops Manager. We handle all calculations.

2. The Verification (Wed)

We generate a "Payroll Preview Report." You review the total cash requirement for accuracy and click "Approve."

3. Execution (Fri)

Upon approval, we initiate the funds transfer. Employees get paid, taxes are remitted, and your compliance liability is closed.

HR & Compliance Protocols

When issues arise, you call a local partner, not a generic call center.

Routine Admin Need W-2s, address changes, or bank updates. Self-Service Portal: Employees use secure logins to manage their own data 24/7 without involving you.
Complex HR Issues Terminations, harassment claims, or disputes. Dedicated Local Support: You call your Prosperity-Works partner. We provide compliant scripts, checklists, and guidance to manage the risk.
Audits & Notices Unemployment claims or L&I rate notices. Full Containment: You forward the notice to us. We become the point of contact, handle the paperwork, and manage the audit.
